The grapes were gently harvested end of September. The hand-harvest led to very healthy grapes. Aromatic grapes with thick skins and a well-structured acidity. Fermented through the classic method in open mash
tanks. Afterwards, it is being stored and aged in traditional wine barrels of 1300L. The wine arrives in the market only after 16 months ageing in the barrels and minimum 6 months ageing in the bottle.
