Aged in American Oak (ex-bourbon) this whisky represents the first aged statement offering from our distillery (2012). It is currently Australia’s highest-selling, local crafted single malt, and for good reason. Non-chill filtered, no artificial colouring added and crafted using premium Tasmania grain and some of the world’s purest drinking water.
